At M & S Remodeling, we take pride in the quality of our remodeling work and strive to ensure each client is satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.
 

1. Service-Based Business
 

Our services involve customized remodeling work tailored to each client's property. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on completed work.
 

2. Deposits and Prepayments
 

To begin work, we may require a deposit or prepayment to cover materials, scheduling, and labor preparation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • If a project is canceled by the client before work has started, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, based on materials purchased and time allocated.
     

3. Change Orders or Project Modifications
 

If you request changes after a project has begun:

  • We will provide a revised estimate or invoice.

  • Additional payments may be required before continuing work.

  • Refunds will not be issued for change orders or mid-project cancellations.
     

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
 

While we do not issue refunds for completed services, if you are unsatisfied with the final result, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will:

  • Inspect the concern,

  • Provide reasonable corrections or adjustments,

  • Ensure the issue is addressed in line with the original project scope.
     

5. Dispute Resolution
 

If a dispute arises regarding service quality, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. We encourage open communication and fairness on both sides.
